What do I need to do to customize a candle?

To customize your candle, you will need to select the "Customize" option present in the menu.

Can I preview my order before finalizing it?

All custom orders can be previewed. After uploading photos and completing your Candle IN a rotating 3d prototype of your order will appear.

What is the minimum resolution of the photos required?

We strongly recommend images larger than 1600 x 1600 pixels.

* Note that the maximum allowed file size is 8mb and must have one of the following extensions: jpg, gif, png

How many images can I upload per order?

The minimum number of photos is 4. However, you can put more than one photo per face by making a montage in the "Befunky" application, available on the customization page of your Candle IN.
